This registration is to allow your Club to specify which fields it intends to use for games during the Spring 2023 Season.

FOR 2023- FIELD REGISTRATION IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR EAST PROGRAMS:

REGISTERING YOUR FIELDS:

Your club only needs to complete the form for the Facilities and Fields you plan on using this season. Please do not complete the form for fields that you will not be using.

Field Usage Information:

• For each field, you will specify their availability during the season. Please be sure to note if the fields are not available to you due to some other event.
